Position Summary:The Stylist Trainer is responsible for conducting all on-site training for new locations. Position Responsibilities:  - The Stylist Trainer will be responsible for facilitating onsite training for new stylists before the location opens on our signature service techniques, methods, and customer service standards to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery. - Using a “train the trainer” approach, the Stylist Trainer will work primarily with the Franchisee, the designated local lead service provider trainer, and the operations team to educate, influence, and ensure the standard training processes are followed in the locations including but not limited to how to provide feedback and be an effective educator. - The Stylist Trainer will hold virtual training sessions as needed and conduct on-site training throughout the US, which typically ranges from 3-5 days per training + travel time.  Travel frequency varies from 50-75% of the time depending on the needs of the brand, market, or training initiatives.  - In addition to facilitating training sessions, this position will also be expected to participate in weekly support calls leading up to the opening to ensure franchisees have completed the requirements for onsite training to occur.  This requires strong administrative organization and communication skills including tracking, reporting, and following through on training plans and preparation for each new location  - Post opening this position will be responsible for collaborating with the franchisee and operation teams to coach and troubleshoot any service provider-related challenges such as stylist turnover, service timing, and schedule optimization to ensure the new location is meeting its 90-day performance objectives. - The Stylist Trainer will initially be responsible for supporting new Drybar locations however the expectation is to expand support to to additional brands within the WellBiz portfolio by the end of the first year of employment including but not limited to (Amazing Lash Studio, Radiant Waxing, and Elements Massage). Training topics vary based but may include lash extension services, brow services, wax services, blowout services, skincare, retail and membership sales training, supply management, and safety and sanitation. - Other training-related duties as assigned. Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:  - Willingness to Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively (50 - 75% of the time) across the US. - Cosmetology License: Active Cosmetology license is required. - Dual License: A dual Cosmetology/Esthetician license is a significant advantage. - Training Facilitation Experience: Previous experience in training facilitation is preferred. - Influence and Inspiration: Ability to influence and inspire the adoption of brand standards, tools, resources, and pride in the brand across various audiences and key stakeholders (franchisees, managers, lead service provider trainers, stylists). - Effective Facilitation: Proficiency in facilitating adult learners using various delivery mediums (virtual/in-person). - Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills that build credibility and trust. - Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt training approaches based on individual learning styles. - Organizational Skills: Strong professional administrative and organizational skills, including time/calendar management, Zoom calls/meetings, and email management. - Training Material Creation: Proficient in creating professional training and reference materials. - Resilience: High levels of resilience and a solution-focused mindset, especially when faced with complex and challenging situations. Position Summary:  The Director of Franchise Development is responsible for driving new unit growth with new franchisees, as well as incremental growth with existing franchisees across the WellBiz Brands beauty & wellness portfolio. With close to 900 locations across the USA, we are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and experienced Director of Franchise Development to lead our expansion efforts in the USA and Canada, working alongside the sales team including sales directors, resales department, franchise development marketing, and lead qualifier(s). Position Responsibilities:  - Franchise Recruitment: - - Meet quarterly & annual sales targets for new unit growth in the WellBiz Brands portfolio - Educate franchise candidates on the franchise opportunity in each phase of the development process - Collect, qualify, and audit qualification paperwork for candidates.  - Introduce lending and financing options early on in the qualification process - Manage and track the development pipeline.  - Make data-driven recommendations to optimize the franchise sales system. - Host franchise candidates in Denver, CO at Franchisee Confirmation Days - Franchise Relationship Management: - - Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing franchisees to foster loyalty and create incremental growth opportunities with existing franchisees. - Participate in and facilitate WellBiz Brands Validation Program & Subject Matter Expert calls - Broker Relationship Management: - - Actively engage in 1:1 broker relationships daily - Attend annual broker conferences - Industry Relationship Management: - - Attend select annual IFA events - Participate as a “thought leader” in the franchising space. Have a presence at industry educational events, as well as an online digital presence to establish and reinforce credibility as a salesperson and for the company Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:  - 5-7 years of franchise sales experience - Bachelor's degree preferred - Understanding of franchise legal regulations and guidelines - Understanding of business loan and financing processes and regulations - Experience using a CRM and sales pipeline management system - Ability to travel to relevant conferences and in-market visits (~40% travel required) - Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone and Zoom.
