The Manager, Brand Marketing is focused on driving multiple brands’ strategies and the tactical implementation of those strategies. Reporting to the Director, Brand Marketing, this role supports strategic brand campaign development using data-driven and insights-led brand planning. They will help develop full-funnel brand marketing campaigns to drive relevance, awareness, acquisition, and retention. This role is a highly organized project manager of multi-channel marketing plans, delivering on time and on budget. In addition, they will work closely & collaborate across the marketing team, agency partners, operations, technology, and finance.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, flexible and professional, highly organized, insatiably curious, willing to learn, with meaningful experience in strategic and creative brand communications. You will partner across the organization to bring brand campaigns and experiences to life with speed and precision.

Compensation Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
Position Responsibilities:
Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1-3 years in marketing and/or project management.
Fluency across collaboration platforms such as Google/Google Drive, Asana, Slack, and Zoom.
Strong analytical skills– able to leverage data into actionable insights to create impactful marketing programs.
The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing conditions with a positive attitude.
