We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, empathetic, and solutions-oriented—someone who gets energy from helping others and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You’ll serve as the go-to contact for our franchisees, supporting everything from product orders to website troubleshooting, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
WAVE Benefits:
Compensation Range: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00/annually. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
Location: Hybrid – must be available to work in-office at least 3 days/week (after training period)
What You’ll Do:
Be the first point of contact for franchisees, supporting product orders, retail inquiries, website help, and more
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and case submissions with professionalism and care
Maintain accurate customer records in NetSuite and Oracle
Process daily orders, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Support product warranty claims, returns, and billing tasks like applying payments or credits
Collaborate across departments to identify and resolve recurring issues
Help create and refine customer support procedures to improve service delivery
Contribute to tracking customer satisfaction and uncovering areas for improvement
What You Bring:
1+ year of experience in a customer-facing support or service role
Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and empathetic
Comfort juggling multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
Ability to spot trends and proactively solve problems
Experience with NetSuite or Oracle is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with franchising, transportation, retail, or e-commerce is a bonus
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
