We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, empathetic, and solutions-oriented—someone who gets energy from helping others and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You’ll serve as the go-to contact for our franchisees, supporting everything from product orders to website troubleshooting, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Compensation Range: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00/annually. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.

 

Location: Hybrid – must be available to work in-office at least 3 days/week (after training period)

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for franchisees, supporting product orders, retail inquiries, website help, and more

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and case submissions with professionalism and care

  • Maintain accurate customer records in NetSuite and Oracle

  • Process daily orders, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns

  • Support product warranty claims, returns, and billing tasks like applying payments or credits

  • Collaborate across departments to identify and resolve recurring issues

  • Help create and refine customer support procedures to improve service delivery

  • Contribute to tracking customer satisfaction and uncovering areas for improvement

What You Bring:

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing support or service role

  • Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and empathetic

  • Comfort juggling multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision

  • Ability to spot trends and proactively solve problems

  • Experience with NetSuite or Oracle is a plus, but not required

  • Familiarity with franchising, transportation, retail, or e-commerce is a bonus

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
