As our new Director of Operations, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, coach, and strategic partner to 50–75 franchise-owned studios. You'll support owners in optimizing performance, growing their business, and delivering an exceptional client experience—while also shaping how we scale operational success across the country.
WellBiz Brands Benefits:
Compensation Range: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00/annually. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
Location: This is a remote role with regular travel (~25–50%).
While not required, we prefer candidates based in the Western U.S. to align with studio locations and travel efficiencies.
Be the Go-To Expert: Guide franchise owners on all aspects of operations—from strategic planning and performance reviews to front desk training and customer experience best practices.
Drive Studio Growth: Analyze business metrics, provide insights, and build tailored action plans that fuel both short-term wins and long-term scalability.
Lead with Influence: Inspire and support studio teams with training, accountability, and coaching to unlock peak performance.
Champion New Programs: Lead rollouts of tools, systems, and initiatives that ensure consistency, compliance, and studio-level success.
Build Strong Relationships: Serve as a trusted liaison between studio owners and our Denver Support Center, advocating for their needs while aligning on brand-wide goals.
Support Studio Lifecycles: Partner on everything from new studio openings to ownership transitions, ensuring smooth execution and strategic alignment.
Stay in the Field: Visit studios regularly to assess operations, meet teams, and deliver hands-on support where it matters most.
Experience: 5–10 years in franchise operations, field support, or multi-unit management—ideally in the wellness, health, or fitness space.
Franchise-Savvy: You understand what it takes to support business owners and teams at every stage of their journey.
Strategic & Analytical: You’re data-driven and solution-oriented, with the ability to analyze KPIs and turn insights into action.
People-First Leader: Strong coaching, influencing, and communication skills. You build trust quickly and lead with empathy and accountability.
Change Agent: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, juggling competing priorities, and leading through change in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
Road Warrior: Willing to travel 25–50% to build relationships and stay connected with studios on the ground.
