The Manager of Social Media & Email Marketing will be a critical part of the Marketing team at WellBiz Brands. This role will be focused on the management of owned channels and the execution of digital marketing campaigns that help drive WellBiz’s performance across its beauty and wellness brands at both the local and national levels.
This role will be responsible for planning, execution and optimization of content across all brand-controlled channels, including websites, email, and social media. As the Manager of Owned Media, you will work collaboratively with internal business stakeholders, agency partners, and franchise owners to support marketing efforts across owned channels.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in digital marketing, a deep understanding of best practices for omni-channel marketing, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment—especially when navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Compensation Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00/annually. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
Position Responsibilities:
Overall Objectives/Responsibilities, goals, expectations
- Collaborate with the Director of Owned Media to develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing plans.
- Manage routine updates and optimizations including platform maintenance, audience management, and content refreshes, across the brand websites, email programs, and social media channels.
- Own the execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives across all owned media channels for the WellBiz portfolio of brands.
- Partner with the brand team to build campaign production briefs that lead to outstanding creative content.
- Monitor campaign and channel performance, inclusive of contributing to weekly business reviews and ongoing campaign reporting to showcase results and make optimizations in real-time.
- Manage customer service tickets from Franchise owners, supporting their digital marketing needs.
- Other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor and department heads.
Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in all facets of digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing websites, email or social media as a must.
- Excellent analytical skills for a robust data driven decision-making process. Uses performance KPIs to make recommendations and optimization rooted in data.
- Strong sense of ownership moving from strategy to hands-on mindset. Not afraid to roll your sleeves up but continuously focused on a larger brand/company vision.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects that depend on inputs from and collaboration with cross-functional partners to achieve success.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at independently managing multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
- Experience working for a digital marketing agency or interacting with agency partners.
- Prior experience working with franchisees is preferred.
