The Senior Marketing Manager, New Studio Opening (NSO) & Franchise Development develops & executes marketing plans to support franchise owners through a successful new studio launch, from pre-opening development through the first 90 days of being open. The Senior Marketing Manager also supports franchise owners in reaching and exceeding key performance indicators and new studio opening goals for high studio ramp growth and profitability.
This position also creates & executes marketing plans to attract and nurture potential franchise owners through multi-channel marketing strategies. This role supports the franchise development team to achieve target lead goals.

Compensation Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00/annually. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
Position Responsibilities:
Overall Objectives/Responsibilities, goals, expectations
- Develop & execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve new studio opening & franchise development goals. This includes identifying target audiences, crafting messaging, and identifying marketing channel mix across five health and beauty service-based experience brands (Drybar, Elements Massage, Amazing Lash Studio, Radiant Waxing & Fitness Together)
- Implement and drive new studio marketing processes that ensure franchise owner marketing plans that are impactful, and efficient, and achieve key performance indicators and high studio profitability.
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines & resources to support:
- New Studio Opening Goals: Pre-opening, grand opening, and post-90-day opening franchise success)
- Franchise Development Goals: Leads, conversions, and nuture funnel
- Develop and oversee the creation of all marketing materials in partnership with the creative team and agency.
- Support and coach franchise owners on executing local store marketing programs like pop up events, social engagement & their pre-Open and Grand Opening events.
- Manage all transfer and resale unit marketing processes and franchise support that ensure franchise owner marketing plans that are impactful, efficient, and achieve key performance indicators.
- Analyze marketing performance across key performance indicators to measure effectiveness and pivot plans as needed to achieve goals.
- Collaborate closely across franchisees, franchise development, digital marketing, brand marketing, operations and training teams to ensure alignment, effectiveness, and efficiency.
Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Marketing or Business or equivalent work experience.
- Franchise or Customer-Centric experience preferred.
- Local Store and Grassroots Marketing experience preferred.
- New Unit Opening experience preferred.
- Experience managing marketing budgets
- Proficient in Google Drive Suite and Microsoft Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
