Compensation Range: $100k - $120k with a bonus of up to 20% base salary. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively and effectively implement, utilize, and continuously refine the WellBiz Brands project playbook methods ensuring a successfully executed launch and implementation of key initiatives.
  • Work with specified business unit leaders and cross-functional team members to create project plans for strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Accountable for holding teams to timelines, moving projects from idea to fruition, and working to escalate any issues that arise with the working team.
  • Partner with the Brand Management team to manage the backlog of innovation ideas. Coordinate efforts to meet regularly to review each brand's priorities.
  • Coordinate communication with franchisees to ensure seamless rollout of innovation go to market plans.
  • Create and maintain the appropriate level of project documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with project owners to define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Facilitate project meetings, set meeting agendas, and track tasks and issues to resolution.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Collect project metrics and communicate status to key stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Lead project completion and closure activities (post-launch survey, reporting, etc.)
  • Regularly communicate with members of the Executive Leadership Team and Steering Committees to discuss project status, blockers, and estimated timing of key tasks.
  • Assist with training internal team members to support the adoption of WellBiz Brands project playbook methods, tools, and principles.

  • Basic understanding and demonstrated application of project management methodologies, including waterfall, agile, and hybrid.

  • Ensures follow-up action for issue resolution. Forward-thinker that anticipates needs and requests.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Team player with strong relationship-building skills across all levels.

  • Self-starter mentality. Ability to create processes and procedures without a blueprint. Ability to thrive in the unknown.

  • Works with minimal direction to complete complex tasks.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Preferred certifications/educational level:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology or related field.
  • PMP or CAPM or other project management certification a plus

 

Preferred experience:

  • 5 to 7 years of progressive project management, administration, or information technology experience.
  • Proven, demonstrated experience bringing complex new concepts to fruition.
  • Experience with multi-unit retail, hospitality, and franchise systems.
